The Catered Chalet Experience
PalmSki’s passion for food and drink is reflected in our menus, selection of fine wines and sourcing of local seasonal produce. We have lovingly created our menu to provide you with high quality, tasty food to keep you going on those long days on the slopes.
Currently we offer our fully catered for Chalet Sojourn only.
PalmSki is an independent owner-run chalet company, we aim to cater for the individual needs of each of our guests and provide a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Food and wine is our trademark and we pride ourselves on good quality wine and a fantastic menu.
Our catered package includes:
Canapés and champagne on arrival;
A four course evening meal (5 nights);
One Savoyard evening, buffet style with local delicacies;
Free flowing wine and beer throughout the evening (6 nights);
Afternoon tea everyday, a variety of freshly made cakes;
Continental and cooked breakfast (6 mornings), continental only for one morning;
Luxury toiletries;
Luxury linen, towels and bathrobes;
Lifts to and from the slopes each day.
Sample Menu
Starter - Grilled asparagus with crispy prosciutto and quail’s eggs.
Main - Slow cooked pork belly, with creamy mashed potato, black pudding and crackling.
Dessert - Raspberry bavarois with raspeberry coulis and a champagne jelly.
A selection of local cheeses served with a homemade chutney.
